Products identified as Gluten Free are labelled this way based on the information provided on the supplier or manufacturer's packaging.

Tempting Sweets repackages products in an environment where products containing gluten are also handled. Although care is taken when preparing orders, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Customers with coeliac disease, a wheat or gluten allergy, or a gluten intolerance should carefully consider whether our products are suitable for their individual needs before purchasing or consuming them.

Please also note that some parcels may contain packing peanuts that are not gluten free.

Products identified as Halal are listed this way based on certification or information shown on the supplier or manufacturer's original packaging.

Tempting Sweets does not hold Halal certification.

Halal products are repackaged in the same environment as products that are not identified as Halal. Customers should consider whether this handling environment is suitable for their individual dietary requirements before purchasing.

Vegan Friendly

Products identified as Vegan Friendly are listed this way to the best of our knowledge using ingredient and product information provided by the supplier or manufacturer.

Customers should review the individual product ingredient information before purchasing. Vegan-friendly products are repackaged within the same environment as products containing animal-derived ingredients.

Tempting Sweets does not operate a dedicated vegan-only preparation or packing area.

Allergies & Cross-Contamination

Fresh, latex-free gloves and freshly sanitised equipment are used when preparing orders. However, due to the nature of our packing environment, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

All confectionery handled, packed or repackaged by Tempting Sweets may contain, or may have come into contact with, allergens either during the original manufacturing process or while being handled and repackaged by Tempting Sweets.

Potential allergens may include, but are not limited to:

Peanuts, tree nuts, cereals containing gluten, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, sesame, mustard, celery, lupin, fish, shellfish and sulphur dioxide.

We take reasonable care when providing product and ingredient information; however, manufacturers may change ingredients, recipes, nutritional information, dietary claims or allergen statements without notice.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the information provided and, where required, refer to the original manufacturer's product information before purchasing or consuming any product.

Tempting Sweets cannot accept responsibility for changes, omissions or inaccuracies contained within information supplied by product manufacturers or displayed on original product packaging.
