them. Where we provide a proof or design for approval, it is your
responsibility to review the supplied details carefully before
approving production.
Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not
always be possible because the product may already have been
customised for you.
This does not limit your rights where
Tempting Sweets makes an error, the product is faulty, or you
otherwise have a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
