We take NO responsibility for any Melted items including chocolate.

The time for delivery of your order varies according to the method of shipment and location. (Approximately 14 Business days from dispatch)

Please be advised rural areas may be delayed.

Shipping dates are only an estimate. We have no control over shipping delays.

Tempting Sweets have no control over the goods once they are shipped and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time specified by us or the method of shipping.

Tempting Sweets also have no control over or are NOT responsible for any damaged goods during transit, Tempting Sweets guarantee ALL items purchased are carefully wrapped and packaged appropriately ready for shipping.

If by chance your item(s) are damaged during transit it is your responsibility to take your damaged parcel to your local Aus Post and discuss with them for compensation.
